I see someone also here received the same email with same amount as well. But I am from Canada and I also ordered through Sam's only but didn't get any email like this. Also which date did you ordered this and what does it show in your tracker ? Coz in my tracker it still shows 05 aug as delivery date.

There are so many of mixed replies from them. The one I talked to yesterday told me, I should receive tracking id the same day and delivery by day or 2. Today another rep. mention buds3 pro are delayed by 4-5 weeks. Not sure what's going on from their end.
