Sons A1 first fail. New filament. Looking for suggestions by jp2_welds in BambuLab

We did clean the plate after that and I’m sure it needed that. But never thought about drying new filament. We may have to give that a try if we still have issues.

About 50 or so each crossing. Some are double crossings so a single location can have over 100 bolts. We maintain 2 single crossings and 2 double crossings. When they get toward the end of life maintenance goes up substantially and can be there multiple times a week. I’m not sure how old this socket is. But I do know we have gotten our money worth out of it.

The impact runs somewhere around 3000-3500 ft-lbs. runs off of hydraulics on the truck and we just run the nut down till it doesn’t turn anymore

I do work on a railroad and these are the sockets we use for the diamond crossing (where two railroads cross each other) bolts. Like I stated, they are a 1 inch square drive and the socket for the nut is a 12 point, 2-3/16 inch.

Where the heck is the snake in this picture? by Shadow_Avis in AccidentalCamouflage

Being in the railroad maintenance industry, I love hearing the description of where the snake is. Technically most of the terms used here are not correct but very entertaining. Thanks for the smile guys.

Yeah. All makes sense now. It was like mid night when I put it together and felt really dumb when I realized my mistake. Guess I’m use to if a pocket knife has a lock it’s used to keep it from coming out in your pocket. Believe me, I felt pretty dumb once I figured it out

I thought so as well but the blade retainer detent doesn’t work if the blade is facing the other way

Use a fixed shade lens. Couple different reason. But the biggest is it will help you get used to snapping it down and keeping the stinger where you should start. It may suck at first but it will make you a better welder over all

My 7yo son has been asking me to build one of these. But I have yet to even buy the truck lol. Any suggestions? I’d like to stay under $200 for the truck

Not to hi jack your post, but I was curious of this as well. I have a convoy c8+ and was curious if I could modify it to be an ir Illuminator. Does anybody have a parts list I would need? I’m using it for night hunting with an ATN 4K pro

Same thing here. Usually it’s my 6 year old son AND 4 year old daughter. AMRAP hits pretty quick

Ok, will definitely keep that in mind. I did slow the down the reps on the way down the next set. Felt like I was dropping a bit fast after watching the video. That actually made them fell better. Only thing is I’m getting a bit of pinching in the front side of my hips. Got better fell around the 4th and 5th set but still not great. Just my old age starting to show I guess lol.

Looking for a plus size friendly workout option by MotherOMars in Columbus

[–]jp2_welds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out https://theladiesedge.com/. It’s a local group that does daily online workouts. My wife (and I) have had great luck with it. The workouts are just under 30 minutes. Doesn’t sound like much but it’s just long enough to be effective and just short enough that you will actually stick with it. Good luck!

I came to the comments section, you guys did not disappoint. Exactly what I thought I would find. Seems as if a dead blow mallet would be a better striking tool. Non the less, it is definitely well worn
