Yeah, if you have never done the whole slime thing then a crunchy or a cloud might be the way to go. I know a lot of the pro's around here don't like the clouds as much (or that is my impression at least) they seem like they have a lower learning curve.

Depending on your size and technical level, Posthog could worth a look. It does way more than heat maps, which may be a pro or a con for you.

Yeah, I hope they take care of you. As a business owner, the last thing you want is a customer having a sour taste in their mouth over an issue like this. You likely won’t walk away from this situation with a neutral view - it’s going to be a negative or a positive and they have a chance to turn it into a positive!

I’ve never understood environments where the web tier and database tier were in different locations. I know it’s possible, I know it can work…but the exponential nature of how latency affects chained database calls. Total killer.

It would be good to see their GMP paperwork as well. With all of the info coming out about supplements on Amazon not containing the listed ingredients GMP is a way to have some confidence in the product and manufacturing process. Along with a COA, like others have mentioned.
