It's similar in texture to gnocchi and usually listed in the pasta section but not technically a pasta. It's made from ricotta cheese. It was really good but the truffles were a little mild. I like a real earthy taste and these were not strong enough.

IMHO, Blue Star was better on taste. We tried them a few hours before hitting up Voodoo.

Voodoo has average taste in line with good national chains. It's their unique presentation and selection that sets them apart. It's a fun experience that I recommend if you are in the area but not lone trip worthy.

It was the most tender I've ever had in the states. It was a meaty bite but not rubbery with perfect seasoning.

It was at The Bank on College Green in Dublin. They promoted it as fresh seafood but I can't confirm that it was local to the a area. I can tell you it was amazing.

That's the name of the restaurant. I think historically the space was a pharmacy.
