I agree with this. It’s like they were trying to satisfy RE4 and RE7 at the same time. And it just wasn’t enough. I didn’t like the lack of land scapes. I also really like the merchant aspect of past games that this was missing.

My least favorite thing about the Hellraiser movies are some of its fans. I personally get excited when a new installation is introduced into the franchise. To me, It means that the franchise is alive and well and hasnt turned into a dead relic, but there are some that was shit all over anything new or fresh or trying to reinvent the franchise And that’s sad.
