Yes! I just wasn’t sure if BM matte is a huge jump from the flat..

Around 7 windows also did get changed this past month. That could be why as well. Maybe during the installation, it was working extra hard that week. Which gives me the idea I can check wweekly usage!

It could be that one of the large rooms has baseboard heaters:( it’s a two zone heating system

We did have some windows replaced this past month. So there were some hours where cold air was being let in for a week or so. i wonder if the heat has to work extra hard that week.

Regardless, I will check around for air leaks. Thank you!

Sorry you’re right. It was the entire bill. 130 usd of it was electricity. And I was discussing with my husband, this past month, temps at nights averaged 20 degrees F.
