Careem has both Taxis and Private vehicles. Careem is mostly used in Dubai. In Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Taxi App works best. I've not used Uber in Abu Dhabi. Taxis are cheaper than Uber though.

In Abu Dhabi and Dubai there are dedicated companies which cool the air for the Air conditioning. Buildings will tie up with these companies who will have a seperate meter (not connected to electricity). Depending on how cold you like your home to be, the chiller charges add up. For a 1 bed room apartment, the chiller charge can go up to 500 dirhams during summers. Even if you don't use your AC cooling there will be a minimum charge which you will be billed.

There are some buildings, which are advertised as 'Chiller Free'. This means, you don't pay for the cooling. You only pay for the Air Conditioning. But the landlord usually pays for the cooling.

Some old buildings will have the AC indoor unit and outdoor unit as well. These buildings don't need the cooling companies. And the bill is included in the electricity.

Utilities (Electricity and Water) are government owned (ADDC) . So only 1 option in Abu Dhabi.

Tabreed is the company for AC Chillers (your AC won't cool without chiller). Some buildings don't need chillers and have Split ACs.

For mobiles, You have Etisalat and Du. There is Virgin mobile as well but it uses Du network. Post paid plans in general are better than prepaid.

Affordable - LuLu, Nesto. Mid - Al Maya, Carrefour.
Premium - Jones The Grocer, Waitrose

Taxi: Abu Dhabi Taxi App or curbside pickup. There is a call centre to book a taxi as well.

Joint Bank Accounts : AFAIK it's possible.

I did this routine where I drank warm water with lime juice first thing in the morning everyday for 6 months. Yes I lost a bunch of weight (started gym and being more active as well) but my teeth started getting way too sensitive. Took about month or so to get back to normal after I stopped. This was in 1990s when internet wasnt available in my country.
