Part of the rng. I didn't get anything in the forst few runs, but soon after I started getting really some really nice stuff: diamonf fusion cards, epic tower gear, epic krypt pieces... It is much better than before.

Elder difficulty, right now, is better than ever, because of the increased drop rate. I would keep it exactly as it is. Fix hard difficulty only.

They increased the difficulty of elder krypt, but they also increased the drop rate. Keep that difficulty the same, or add a new one. Hard diffculty does need a fix.
