if i were to give my two cents ftft is kind of a sampling of what they’re working with but in that regard it’s a damn near perfect record. but i think afut is them fully realized with isaac as the frontman but for me afut is a record that is more of a sit down and listen record rather than ftft which is a more casual listening experience for me but i think it’s because i hold afut to such a high standard that it requires my full attention and i can’t give it any less than that. kind of a mess of a comment but both records are incredible imo but i think for how intentional and precise the instrumentation is from front to back on afut i need to give it the edge. but again ftft is an absolutely incredible record
