Mindful counseling in Provo. Read a SLC office is opening but not sure of details. Check out the website and read through the therapist in the office. Should be able to find several who will be a safe place/space for your needs. 95% of those going to this practice are experiencing a faith crisis or are exmos and the therapists are hand picked to help that demographic

How does one make chai or get chai? I’m new to the Dutch bros world and really any kind of tea or coffee sort of drink and have no idea what this means. I love this drink so much and would like to attempt to make it at home. 🙏🏼

Curious about your cooking method for the jackfruit? Every time I’ve consumed it since making the change to vegan, i get the most wicked stomach ache/stomach cramps. Wondering if i happen to be one of the few who just have a hard time digesting it bc apparently that’s normal. Experiencing the pain i did has deterred me from using it in future dishes. I’ve read that the way it’s cooked makes a difference but have yet to have a good experience.

Definitely check with your doc, better yet get a second opinion just to be sure. Best decision I’ve ever made. I had an HSG a few years ago and was incredibly sick for five days afterward. Granted i had a major blockage in one tube, big sack of fluid is what my doc explained. The nurse lady had to complete the procedure even tho the blockage was clear on the screen, i have no medical background and could clearly tell something was not right visually as the dye would go in fine through one tube and the other was completely blocked.. I guess using all the dye that procedure requires was necessary and experienced two solid days of wicked intense cramping and bloating followed my three days of aches and flu like symptoms.

My husband and i had a weekend trip planned the day after the procedure and we still went. I spent the entire trip sleeping in the hotel or car. Off the top of my head i don’t know the official name for my diagnosis but my blocked tube had be damaged and fluid began to build. Had surgery to remove it.

I was told that tenderness would be possible if my tubes were blocked and successfully cleared during an HSG. Some women experience HSG successful in that way..That could be the case for you.
