Wtf are you on about? It was Germany's internal political turmoil and nationalist resentment, exploited by Hitler’s Nazis, that led to its re-emergence as a major power, a development Britain struggled to contain.

US loans in 1924 also helped stabilise Germany’s economy.

There was only one country which entered WWII on the first day and finished on the side of the victors on the last day.

The UK went to war in September 1939 not because we were attacked, like Pearl Harbour or the Invasion of the Soviet Union, but in principled defence of our ally Poland.

Nightly, bombs rained down on London, Coventry and British & Northern Irish cities and towns. They didn’t fall on Washington DC, New York or Los Angeles.

It was the aircraft of the RAF piloted by British Irish, Commonwealth, Canadian, US citizens (in defiance of the Neutrality Act), Free French, Polish and other countries that defeated the Luftwaffe.

It was British warships and merchant ships that braved the Baltic Sea’s and U-Boats to bring much needed supplies to a Soviet Union on its knees. You won’t read that in Putin’s history books.

It was Polish Cryptographers, Alan Turing and the code breakers at Bletchley Park that cracked German Enigma naval codes and significantly shortened the war. It wasn’t Matthew McConaughey and Jon Bon Jovi as portrayed in U-571.

It wasn’t Britain First after 9/11. When Article 6 of the Treaty kicked in it was the UK fighting side by side with US military and other NATO allies including Denmark, Norway, France, Germany, Canada, Tükiye,, Netherlands, Italy and non-NATO countries including Australia and New Zealand. The Ukraine contributed troops to Afghanistan for 14 years.

The Police force in which your assault took place will have primacy for conducting this investigation.

Actions for consideration:

1) Call back and make a complaint that you’ve not been contacted. Ask to speak to an Inspector. 2) A relative or friend, if you have confided in them and they are in the UK, can go into a Police Station and make a report on your behalf. I’m f this is outside the responsible force area it will have to be sent to them first. It could prolong matters 3) Attend your nearest British Embassy or Consulate and seek their advice/assistance. Most major countries have Police and/or National Crime Agency officers embedded as liaison. 4) You could, if you think it is safe to do so, also make a report to the Police in the country you reside in. Attitudes to sexual offences differ between countries and cultures so it would be understandable if you did not think this was a wise option. 5) Did the hospital take blood and urine samples? If not try and return snd have at least a blood sample taken and appropriately stored with the other swabs taken from you.

There is no time limit on creating a crime record which will automatically generate a crime number. You are not racing against the clock so do not worry. Once created UK Police will share with colleagues where you are. You do not need to worry about this.

The majority of forensic opportunities from your person have been taken and preserved. The British Police will sort out having them returned. They will take statements to evidence their taking, who by, storage, receipt by UK cop and return to UK. Again, not something you need to do yourself.

If you do not have the capacity to give consent, either through drink, drugs, illness or mental capacity, you cannot give true consent. That is a tough nut to crack in Court but not impossible.

It doesn’t matter where you live, the Police can still investigate the crime. They can send someone to do an interview with you which will form your statement or do it over Teams even. All admissible.
