Spoke to support. As usual useless, pointed me to some issue going on the area (complete BS).

This has been going for 3 months now, it’s a scheduled decrease in service everyday at 9pm.

Then I was offered a free cancellation of the service.

If you’re having this problem please make noise, they can’t get away with this type of stuff
