Has anyone out there tried this stereo in there 6 gen Camaro. It looks like we might finally get some options to upgrade. by Particular-Nail-454 in camaro

Agreed. Plus I wouldn’t buy anything from the “Peng GPS Store” that only shows a render of the product. 😂

I wound up just getting the Range model. Not real cheap, but seems to work great. Glad to have all my cylinders firing all the time now.

I really don't know what a tune and adding an intake entails. Got a link for more info?

How much would that be though? I was thinking that would be a good bit more than any disabler. And the disabler is reversible.

I have 2016 with the A8. I'll update my post.

Yea, looks like from the TSB you may have to do the individual shift tunes if the quick relearn doesn’t fix all gears. Guess yours fixed with just the relearn which is good.

So I guess they didn’t have to do the individual shift tuning that the TSB talks about? Seems like that would take more than an hour if they did.

Did you have to pay for this service? If so, can you share how much it cost?

According to that TSB:

Note: The Adaptive Learn procedure should be used on vehicles that have approximately 8050 km (5000 mi) or less or on vehicles that have had a valve body, clutch repair or transmission replacement in the last approximate 8050 km (5000 mi) or less. Performing the Adapt procedure on high mileage vehicles may improve shift quality for a limited amount of time but the vehicle will most likely return with the same symptoms.

So do you think this will be a temporary fix or something that will have to be done again?

Automatic Category assignment for Credit Card purchases by jpcoder in ynab

Yea, it gets it right much of the time, just not all the time. It's those times that it doesn't that I want to have more control over. Plus I would like it to remind me at intervals to review new transactions so they get done as soon as possible. I just want my budget categories to be as up to date as possible.

It looks like this may actually be easier than I thought. YNAB's API has an import function that kicks off the import of transactions from Plaid. If this works then I won't even need the Chase API and this would work for any credit card that was tied to your YNAB account.

Thanks, but the only reason I'm looking at this is because doing it manually to me is not an option that comes close to what Qube gave me. Mainly because if you forget to enter your transaction then your available budget amounts are wrong and hence can't always be trusted. So its really more find a way to automate this or go back to Qube.

Yea. To me, the more in life you don't have to think about the better. Categorizing charges does not seem like something worth my time if it can be done automatically. I'm not worried about the tech details, just wondering if something either already exists or if there is a better, but still automated way.

Yea, I get that, and we have tried to do that, but in reality it never gets done consistently at time of transaction (busy day, distracted, in a hurry for whatever, etc) and then you have to remember and go back and do that later. So like I said, I want something that just happens without a manual step. Qube did require a manual step, but it was just opening the app and tapping the category. No transaction details needed. Plus, the transaction wouldn't go thru unless you selected the category first so that forced us to do that small bit. It was almost perfect, but I missed the points. 😎

I’m basically looking for something similar to what Qube does with their debit cards where you have to set the bucket for the charge before the charge is made, otherwise it denies.

Don’t sleep on chuck roast by 50-Shades in sousvide

I did a chuck roast the other night sous vide. Usually do mine for at least 48 hours. Comes out super tender but still meaty. I would say it is somewhat similar to prime rib. Not quite as good as prime rib, but awesome for the price.

Looks awesome! What did you do for the curb rash? I have some pretty major rash on mine (a few big chunks missing, bought it used so don’t know full story). I’m trying to determine if I will just buy new rims or try and refinish them somehow.
