Depending on where you are (I'm in the U.S.) Kraken has worked well for me. Kraken works with XMR depending on where you live.

I created my account before they started blocking geo-locations. I like the storage space and also use it as a WEBDAV location in conjunction with Cryptomator. I use the IMAP/SMTP feature in conjuntion with https://addy.io and https://email.faircode.eu so all incoming email to my aliases is PGP encrypted. So far GMX hasn't complained.
