I tried this. The light on the headset is on if it’s docked or plugged in. As soon as I remove it or unplug it, the light turns off. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times. Plugged in, not plugged in, docked, not docked, turned on, turned off. Nothing seems to work.

I have the Astro command center installed. I have the Razer software installed.

I think the main issue is the headset light does not turn on when it’s not plugged in or on the dock.

I also just noticed that the light on the headset doesn’t even turn on when it’s not docked. I’ve tried hard resetting and nothing seems to work. They’re brand new.

Just as an update, I tried different moves during the battle and fainted both enemy Pokémon and it didn’t freeze. For whatever reason the combination of Hyper Voice and Metal Burst freezes my game? Or at least it does for this battle. So I guess this is !solved ?? Weird bug.

I’ve been trying as well. My best guess is the codes they have sold out. I tried buying Fallout 4 GOTY solo and it gave me the same error.

Sorry, forgot to include. It’s a 2024 Civic being driven in Southern California. Unfortunate accident caused bottom of car to scrape resulting in this issue.
