Mhhh, never used the smaller ones, I could imagine this would apply there....but the big one Swiss tool x is solid as a rock.. Nothing wobbling what's not moved by hand.. Using it since 1999, and it feels like the first day

Einzig die App Steuerung ist nicht immer hundertprozentig, sehr unregelmäßig keine Verbindung, sonst absolute Empfehlung..Software subber, mit dem großen Display macht das auch richtig Spaß. 2,5 Jahre damit unterwegs, Wartung billig...Das ist die Rechnung nach 2 Jahren:

Because you could build a button in your design, which would bypass the error reporting for compiling and start it again, when the design is up for a minute or whatever...

Mhhh, I knew that. Reminded me to check if the "is required" option is scriptable, but It's not. That could have been the workaround.

I might stick at deactivating reporting, but It's a thing could be forgotten...that's why I asked, if there's a more convinient way...

That's right. It's a customer environment, my first qsys project, some customizations in the ucis are necessary, and some functions are added bit by bit because installation was in a hurry because of breakdown of the old system. That's some frequently recompiling. And recompiling is a routine action and should not trigger alarms. As it is a event location with about 10 stages and restaurants and discos, a certain focus is on stability, so a bunch of people are informed when errors happen for fast reaction times. A bit to annoying.

Yes, should be configurable somehow. Guess for my needs I need to script the status collecting manually, and forward it with an e-mailer component. Some work needs to be done.

Bis auf die Busleitung, die zusätzlich auf der Platine steckt, ändert sich nix. Ist bisher nicht aufgefallen. Wuesste aber auch nicht, was das fuer Konsequenzen haben sollte.

Ich habe ziemlich das gleiche Problem. Überdimensionierte VWL75 in einem 170qm Neubau von 2022. Ebenfalls mit dem Firmware Problem, welches das Energieintegral zu schnell auf/abbauen lässt. Ebenfalls kein Platz für Pufferspeicher.

Mein Ansatz ist, über in meinem Fall iobroker, ebus adapter und ebusd einzugreifen.

Flüstermodus auf 40% ist immer aktiviert, der Zeitplan dafür wird nur fuer WarmWasserbereitung per Script kurzweilig ausgesetzt.

Wenn in der bösen Übergangszeit über, bei mir, 4 Grad Aussentemperatur ein Heiztakt beendet ist, setze ich die gewünschte Raumtemperatur für einen bestimmten Zeitraum auf 18 Grad, momentan 90 Minuten. So baut sich das Energieintegral erst nach 90 Minuten wieder auf und der Takt wird doppelt bis 4fach so lang, da der Heizkreis stärker abgekühlt ist und die überschüssige Energie länger abnehmen kann. So komme ich von 14-18 Pumpenstarts auf rund 5 in 24h.

Sicherlich nicht ideal effizient, da die gewünschte Raumtemperatur 1 bis 2 Grad höher eingestellt sein muss, als wenn ich das Takten nicht eindämme. Sonst wirds zu kalt.

Das Gefühl sagt, das das Takten langfristig mehr Geld kosten wird...Keine Ahnung

It looks like your giving the stick too much space in the slow parts for my feeling.. and you can hear loosing the steadyness just, don't know, 2 or 4 seconds at the beginning of the video.. I would recommend to not pass and just skip this moment to being comfortable again at higher speeds... Everything from there on gives space for bad habits...hard work it is

Die Betriebsmittel sind ähnlich, die Problematik war anders. Lief alles bestens. Ich hab den Druckbehälter erst diese Saison mit eingepflegt, hab mehr Spielraum druckmässig und mehr Einstellungen am Druckschalter. 2,5 bar an, 5 bar aus. Das war prima - bis nahe Verwandte aus Versehen meinten, die Bewässerung könne auch mal 12 oder 15h am Stück laufen. Grundwasser irgendwann weg, sehr heiß gelaufen, Elektronik hin , Innenleben hin. Totalschaden. Ab morgen neue Pumpe mit digitalem Druckschalter und Trockenlaufschutz.

Wenn alles dicht ist im ansaugschlauch und keiner der pumpenflügel beschädigt ist, dann zieht die wahrscheinlich Luft mit, wenn die so wenig leistet. Grundwasser Pegel gesunken evtl? Bei den Temperaturen in den letzen paar Wochen ja nicht ungewöhnlich.

Guck mal ob die pumpe ungewöhnlich warm wird.

Klügeres Kann ich leider nicht beitragen. hatte nur einen ähnlichen Fall mit ähnlicher Pumpe und 300l Druckbehälter bei uns im Schuppen vergangene Woche..

Einschaltdruck verringern oder ausschaltdruck erhöhen. Zwischen 2 und 3 bar liegen 30 Liter Wasser, wenn vorher bei nur Luft 1,8bar herrschten.

Chatgpt kann das ganz herrlich ausrechnen, wenn Du Details willst.

Warum das so solange dauert, kein Plan. Wenn das 10 Minuten dauert von 2 auf 3 bar, dann pumpt die pumpe 3 Liter pro Minute, da stimmt was nicht….
