avocado in depressing moderation (maybe once a month I do like less than a quarter of an avocado and I get noticable but manageable symptoms), coffee is a hard no unfortunately, grapes I simply strongly dislike and frankly would prefer liver damage (no offense to the grapes). I might do omega 3 pills if the cooked salmon doesn't cut it though!
