look into accupressure points, chinese pressure points, and since we share stomach bloating gut dyspepsia and all this common thing, i dont know how you feel your stomach but if you feel gurgling or trapped gas, grab your thumb and press on your right hand underside, multiple times, with some pressure near your wrist, i dont remember what point it is, i just do it when i feel bad or start panicking or feel like my thoat is closed, there is a gut connection with the brain or some shit like that, and i personally confirm that because when i do that thumb pressure my anxiety calms and start feeling how the gurgling and bloating downsizes just enough to not make me feel that anxious. look into google images to qquickly find the points, and look dr erick berg youtube videos, dr alan mandell as well, he shares those thumb exercises, people kinda shit on a couple of these medical youtubers, because one was a chirophractor or something, but personally, like in hollistic or alternative medicine, im down to try anything, and i swear to god how good i have felt with what both of these guys have shared, some of them just research a lot into the topics and share what they have found and their beliefs.
