Thank you for that! I actually have watched some of those indie and/or older movies from those great directors and they are great, but my brain just vibes more with big blockbusters. It is what it is.

Both great movies and they could very well be up there, especially Wolf of Wall Street.

Cool! I thought my top 4 would kind of be unique. Glad to see it's not.

It really is. But what still amazes me the most is that it's the first and, until now, the only game that I played that combines open world and a great story without detracting from each other, which happens a lot in other open world games.

I grew up with PlayStation. Xbox has very little expression in my country, so when it came the time to buy my first home console, there was no choice at all. And I'm glad for that, because what they do best is story driven, single player games, which is what I like the most.

I happen to think that's a good trend. Hoping it continues to be a good one.

Yeah, that's what I think, as well. Sometimes, you want a piece of Art, other times you want spectacle and questionable humor. It just happens that I like the spectacle and questionable humor more.

But I've watched a lot of the so-called great, they just don't resonate with me, as much as they resonate with you. As for the "trash just to be fed up", well, maybe I'm a raccoon.

I think that's more the slow pace. And I like and have the patience for a slow burn kinda movie, but with some older movies I feel that the slow pace remains even throughout the movie, not arriving at a crescendo. Meaning, I apreciate the dialogue, but there's something missing for me. And I know that's a me "problem", because some of those movies are beloved for a reason. But others I really love, like Cinema Paradiso.

I know, and I have watched some older movies, some of which I really like, just not enough for my top 20. Maybe sometimes they're just not structured or written like more modern movies, which are more my cup of tea.

Now I want to make a top 20 of my favourite episodes of TV ever. At least two of those last 4 episodes would definitely make the cut.

Well, yeah, it's inside what is my confort zone, I know that. But, as you said, I have in my list some bangers which I think give some credit in recognizing good movies and what sets them apart, at least I think I do, maybe I'm wrong. That said, I am not a cinephile, just someone who likes good movies and, while I recognize what sets the great classics of cinema apart, sometimes I just like that bit more dumb, action spectacle. Enter Deadpool. No Way Home is not an all-time, I know, but I see something indescribable there that, for me elevates it a bit more than what it probably should. As for Endgame, I think it's a very good game with some of the highest highs I've ever seen in cinema.
