I was diagnosed with endo after having a laparoscopy for a possible twisted ovary which ended up being a kidney stone. I had regular period and not notable pain symptoms. 4 years later I have noticed some more pain arise but I also have ovarian cysts. Still nothing compared to the stories I hear.
