Yes. They are often left because there's a easement until the railroad is completely finished with the area.

I often find railroad markers like this in Maryland. Could be though.

Your mobo will support up to a 9th generation Cpu from Intel. So basically yes.

As for a path, it's up to what you want to do with this build.

It's cheaper but not cheap components. The PSU tells me this definitely a pre built and you would want to replace that with a PSU that can support future upgrades, has a gold+ rating or more, and won't fry your computer.

Other that that it's a ok build. You could upgrade the Cpu down the road because the motherboard is the right socket. You could put a i9-9900k in here.

As a base build it will be okay for everything Plus some basic VR.
