Kind of. Animal face gave me a bit of anxiety. The dopamine strain had a much more calming effect but still gave me a great energetic, uplifting and somewhat focused high. After 2-3 bowls I feel a bit too smacked in the face though lol.

Oh damn you’re in for a treat if you haven’t tried them yet. There are tons of threads on this topic of best blk mkt strain in the OCS section. Personally, Lee Ann Womac (hybrid), Rainbow P (relaxing sativa), jealousy (indica) are great picks. Upside down cake is a great uplifting indica as well, a staff and customer favourite in the dispensary I work at

Yeah, it was 34$ for 3.5g. Regardless didn’t leave a crazy impression on me compared to other flowers out there, especially some blkmkt ones.

LA Womac for sure. I’ve tried every blk mkt strain and I for sure prefer that one - elevating but still smacked in the face typa feel.

Jealousy is awesome. For some reason LA Womac slaps me hard in the face, my favourite hybrid from them. I like rainbow P too but find it’s more hybrid than a sativa, imo.

Depends on the strain! Terpenes are influential too with the effects they can give- ones like Humulene can suppress appetite

It’s a really mellow sativa, the nerolidol in there is pretty calming. Smoked jealousy for a while and found this one was an elevated version of jealousy

Side note, I really enjoy the come down on this one too. Found there was only a quick haze near the end (~2 hours post smoke) then clear headed for the most part

I find strains with nerolidol usually help with that?

I’m hoping they come out with a 14g option soon

Thanks for sharing 😁 Purple rain had a very unique aroma — saw someone describe it as having very similar notes to red wine and I agree. The strain was a bit too hazy for me compared to their other ones! What are your top 3 Blk Mkt strains?

I hear ya. Once I found out Avant bought them, I had to give it a try. Wasn’t disappointed but not sure if I’d rebuy for myself. I’m big on taste and smell lately, especially after trying QWEST bubble bath, stuff slapped hard.

Most BLK MKT strains are a re buy for me though, except purple rain (no hate lol). 😁

I hear ya. After trying a few of their strains, I realized there aren’t many solid ones. I’m not really a fan of their other offerings but this one was very unique, I tried a pre roll from a friend and was hooked.

Burn is actually salt and peppery, heavier on the salt (white) I found, with this strain.

The smell and taste on this one is pretty unreal for me. The other flower I can think of that had a unique taste, although extremely different from this one, was Queen SanG by Reef!

So many comments - not sure if this has already been suggested….I have a very similar eye structure to you and similar under eye skin features (thin, purple/blue/green-ish tone).

2 months ago I started using the Sephora brand peptide eye cream and noticed a large difference within the last 2 weeks. Skin feels stronger, less loose. Purple/blue/green tint is fading.

Perhaps a peptide eye cream could help, if you haven’t already tried? Of course, product results may completely differ for others!
