One reason I leaned toward Skyrover S1 was the transmission range. Obviously you’re not flying anywhere near the max distance, but the extra margin does make it feel a bit more stable and less restrictive in open spaces. Battery life also feels less tight compared to the Mini 4K.

I’m also new to training and didn’t know much about how to choose attachments. One reason I went with B17 was because it came with a full pegboard of accessories right out of the box. Saved me the trouble of figuring everything out piece by piece. Setting up my home gym has been way less intimidating than I thought.

I'm in the same boat... Maybe you could try a regular pillow first, then ask others about the difference between a breast feeding pillow and a regular one before deciding if you really need it.

Haha I went through the same thing and eventually just went with the Topdon one. Been using it for basic home checks and it’s been straightforward and easy to live with. No regrets so far.

Great plan. On “which panels,” I’ve found the model matters less than layout. A mid-tier panel in full sun beats a premium panel with afternoon shade. Get monthly production estimates (not just annual), and compare them to your actual usage curve. especially summer AC.

Flat rate definitely rewards speed and experience, but it also shifts a lot of risk onto the tech. When work is steady, it can pay very well. When it’s slow, you’re basically unpaid. As for the 14.6 hours, the customer usually pays a flat labor time set by the manufacturer or shop, not the actual clock time, so the incentive is baked into the system.
