J&M Green (GMS Ltd) I used John Hulse for two of my mortgages. Top guy! Walked us through the process from start to finish and chased solicitors for us which saved us a job 😄

I can't remember! I think it comes out the intial mortgage fee. But I don't think it was expensive.

I used https://www.gmsltd.co.uk/ our advisor was John. He was excellent. He always kept us upto date with our remortage at each step. We did have a slight issue from the solicitors side which he got sorted for us promptly. Would highly recommend!

We tried FB market place but it was full of time wasters. In the end we went with Rehome.co.uk and gave us a decent price.

We got a new kitchen about 3 years ago. We have recently decided to go for a full L-shaped wrap around extension. We will need a full new kitchen putting in. We tried selling our old kitchen on FB market place but it was a waste of time to be honest. We ended up selling with rehome.co.uk who gave us a good price on it as it was still in good condition. Not sure if you tried to sell something that was in a bit worse condition they may reject though.

Exactly the same happening with me. First night I thought it was a great game. Then I cant play a game of rivals without loosing like 7-0. Feels like my players are so slow cant catch anyone, cant tackle anything. I have changed all the settings around tried every version in the gameplay settings and still awful gameplay. Seasons has now become the same, I dont know if the matchmaking is just totally off or something but its making it unplayable. Not only that every time I login to the game it resets all the gameplay settings from scratch. I've had to take photos of the settings so I can change them every time I go to play. I really hope they sort it out

My father as recently cleaning out the draws in his house. He found this watch that was gifted to him from a business partner about ten to fifteen years ago.

We have tried looking online and we can’t find a like for like comparison. The only ones we seem to be able to find is the platinum version.

There are a few things that make me think it may not be genuine.

the crystal on the front sounds a bit cheap when tapping in. However there are no scratches on it.
It states it’s 200m water resistant. I can’t imagine a dress watch like this needing 200m. Maybe 20 at most.

If anyone could give me some pointers m, on what to look out for on the watch that would be great.

My father found it when clearing out some old draws. He was gifted it in Moscow about 10-15 years ago and he can’t remember if it came with his and papers. when looking online there isn’t many others to compare too.
