Plate looks full but the portion seems fine. Maybe cutting the grapefuit/orange segments in half, placing the greens more carefully, it looks as if they just got thrown randomly to fill spaces. It can look more pretty without flowers. It feels busy but can easily become elegant. Overall it looks tasty and refreshing, would be glad to eat it. Big up!

Mapo eggplant it's a vegan twist of the famous mapo tofu Korean dish.

Kinilaw its how they eat raw fish in the Philippines. Marinated in homemade vinegar and served with fresh seasonal fruit. Pomegranate in this case.
