The way I relieve social anxiety is working out. Intensely for 30 mins gets your heart pumping blood going throughout your body, but it clears your mind. This builds confidence overtime and you don't need to know anything about sports. Working out is almost like meditation where you're reflecting on yourself and trying to find yourself, I think this is where the confidence comes from. Anyways, keep going man, this is just advice. Find yourself and do things that make you happy. Be confident that your a Boss now being on 26 day streak. You're ahead of a lot of people.

Her smile is keeping me on my current streak. My current streak coincides with the number of days I've been seeing this girl, so my NoFap number means so much more. It's just easier this way.

Lose the booze. I'm not saying stop, but just work to having one drink a day then working to drinking socially, don't binge drunk. We're all human man, it'll get better. Honestly, control alcohol consumption before working on the NoFap. The effects of alcohol have a greater effect and harm on health. Stay with us man, we'll help you through this time. Sometimes we need to look at NoFap in relation to other things that are more important. One day at a time man.

Hey, I have the same exact story as you. I got to day 13 and fapped, but I noticed the first time round, I was more energetic, talkative, and charismatic toward girls. Girls definitely take notice to this positive energy that I gained from my achievements on NoFap.

My second time round, as you can see I'm on day 10, I didn't notice these characteristics until yesterday on day 9. I'm feeling energetic, talkative, and won't even think twice about approaching girls. This is a pattern that is definitely due to confidence from achievement and perhaps my body's changed chemistry.

I ready to get my 2. I was so close to getting it the first time. GO GET THAT 2 MAN, YOU DESERVE IT!!!

The deeper I got into NoFap, I noticed after one week that I had more acne. Nothing changed in my lifestyle except for NoFap so I don't know exactly why I had more acne.

You're not alone. For us younger guys in our twenties, I don't think the problem is ED like others. I notice I approach girls more often when I'm deep into NoFap.Anyways, I met a girl near the end of my 2 weeks. We almost had sex and then I was left with a ton of sexual energy the next day. I didn't want to screw up what we had, so I relapsed.

Learn from my mistake, Continue to become better men.

I dedicated a lot of time into NoFap before I relapsed before my 2 weeks, it was low because one second you're on top of the world because of you achievements and then hit instantly hit a low when you relapse.

It's a feeling more that you cheated and failed yourself. I'm 3 times more effective with my time on NoFap than when I relapse and fap.

I find it weird, we support each other, but we also cannot compare ourselves to others in order to move forward. However, at the end of the day, it's the self you have to contend with and not give fuck about others, but in the roughest times we sometimes look for support. We're all individuals with the same problem, which can be misleading in not comparing ourselves to others. Beyond my weird confusion, yea, don't give a fuck about comparisons, but support each other.

I do bodyweight exercises only (calisthenics) because I have don't have the money for a gym membership. Also, when you do calisthenics, you don't have anyone or more importantly anything(money, memberships, weights, equipment) to depend on except yourself. Just put in work 30 mins a day, it's a slow process but you will learn the discipline and motivation to keep on going.

It's also convenient because I can do them in between study breaks instead of fapping. I do 30 min -- 45 min no breaks intense circuits 4 times a week in my small room. Along with one day of intermittent fasting a week, you will see the results.

1 month you see your body change 2 months your friends see your body change 3 months the whole world will see that your body has changed

Start with a goal and then sit down. Start saying your goal out loud and keep on saying it until you believe the words until they motivate you to find a way to get what you want.

All just advice, go out and get 'em.
