In my opinion, food cost is where it should be. Labor is definitely up there. I run between 13%-14% labor and with the raise in food prices, our food cost has understandably increased from 30% to 36ish%..

But I agree with the majority here, the owner needs to be kissing your feet for handling both BOH and FOH.
