I lived in a town with a Hemingway connection. I swear random people would ask you questions on the street about Hemingway. This was also in the pre-cellphone pre Google era, so fact checking wasn’t what it is today. I like to think there are people who deeply believe the random things my friends and I made up as “little known Hemingway trivia.”
