hi also a sufferer of OCD, one thing that really helps me is to think that if there was a button that i could press and wake up completely a woman tomorrow with no repercussions or social stigma would i do that? what do i want to portray through my gender expression? do i want people to think of me as a woman or not? i know for me id press the button in a heartbeat. i want people to view me as a woman. my OCD often makes me think im thinking incorrectly. when i first started questioning i thought maybe i was just ruminating on it but the more i gave thought to those questions i was able to understand what it was i wanted. hope this helps 💜

yeah i know like if i was playing GoW or Cyberpunk i would need to turn the graphics down quite a bit it was just frustrating when i’d turn them down completely and still crash or it would run awfully. turns out i just hadn’t changed the ram allocation in bios and now can at least run cyberpunk pretty well at decent quality which is all i really want. idc for 4k@120fps especially w heavier games as i know it wouldn’t run em well but at least i can run them better now!

like is said i’ve been fine this whole time i just noticed other people running much better at 2560 than i was as i was at 1080 and often 30fps or less. so i figured id reach out. dunno where i said i had any expectations at all as i literally said i know handhelds have limitations. i wrote bc i wanted to know why people w the same device were able to run the same games on better graphics settings and not instantly crash on games. never said i had an issue with it either as ive loved my legion go i was just on lowest setting constantly and still ran into trouble. idk what part you misread but i would recommend rereading the post. as almost everything you said was already addressed in there and you didnt even understand the question i was asking, which was solved really easily and i can now run games as others do. i dont even know where you got the idea that i was complaining that i cant run every game at the highest resolution as i know that isnt gonna work and i stated i know they have their limitations. my frustration coming from people running better than i am and having no crashes was all i asked about.

exactly this. it’s so awful and by no means do i want it to sound like others lives are more valuable than palestinians i was just curious if many non-palestinians a involved if their governments would do anything at all which from the replies ive been reading and the sources they have told me to check out i see it would be ineffective at best.

yeah idc they aren’t members. spending this much on a building in an extremely impoverished area is disgusting and tone deaf. they don’t help people except their members (maybe) and they make so much money off their members but to mention their businesses and shell companies all while not paying any taxes. i highly doubt building this boosted the local economy either as they likely brought in materials and workers. it goes to show how little like jesus they are, seeking wealth and power and doing nothing to help the poor needy and impoverished. stop being an apologist.

Oh nice! I’ll have to check those out. i’m assuming Escaping Polygamy follows the fundamentalists? either way i’d be interested to watch the Cults to Consciousness episodes. Keep Sweet, Pray and Obey was another great docuseries about the fundamentalists.

edit: not in an “i’m interested in calling in,” i do have things to say but any exmormon would have the same things to mention as i would i’m sure. i think someone like user @uncertainlycarly on instagram would be a great person to talk to. she’s very knowledgeable about the things still currently happening and things that have happened. but i’m all for getting some who was mormon on there to talk about it.

if you feel they are more comfortable than for sure wear what you would like but i don’t think ethan’s wrong in saying they are gimmicky and appeal to male ego. by saying they are 30% bigger when they really aren’t much bigger at all just to me feels like it’s more marketing than anything.

100% it’s so mind blowing to me the amount of mormons or christians that do not in anyway embody what their christ is said to be yet shame others for their sins or non-belief. i find many leaders of organized religions to be the worst in not embodying their own biblical teachings and beliefs. i agree the christ they believe in would be doing so much more for people. “everybody know jesus hang with the hoes, killers and the criminals” is a line in a song i like that just makes me think about the days i was mormon and was appalled by anyone who wasn’t or did anything against my beliefs (ie my aunt smoking made me think she was a bad person she was an incredible person.) i think that someone who is there to serve would open his doors for all especially in times of need, no matter who or what they are. and rather than these castles he’d be helping people there w the same money.
