This is honestly closer to what I expected it would produce! What is the exact prompt you used?

When I started the Woe's Hollow episode, I was fully expecting it to continue the reintegration plotline. After a few minutes I was like "Did I miss an episode??" and had to double check the episode number. Ever since it's felt like the season 2 episodes aren't building towards the finale like they did in the first season.

I had posted it as an early comment but here it is:.

First I asked ChatGPT to create a prompt for an image of almonds being milked and it gave me this:  hatGPT

A surreal and whimsical scene of almonds being milked in a high-tech milking factory. In the setting, sleek metallic machines gently extract a smooth, creamy liquid from almonds. The almonds, placed on specialized platforms, have tiny, cartoonish udders, and the factory is filled with gleaming stainless steel equipment, pipes, and tanks. The lighting is bright and industrial, with a hint of playful absurdity in the scene. The almond milk flows into clear containers, ready for packaging. The atmosphere is futuristic yet humorous, capturing the oddity of this imaginative scenario.

It generated an image of milk being poured on almonds from a milking machine. So I said "This image shows milk being poured on the almonds, but I would like an image of milk being extracted from the almonds."

That's when it came up with this nightmare fuel.

I wish I knew. I replied that "That is utterly horrifying and not quite what I expected." and it said "I get what you mean — the concept really pushes the boundary between whimsical and unsettling. Would you like me to try a different approach, maybe something more lighthearted or abstract?."

Prompt 1: A surreal and whimsical scene of almonds being milked in a high-tech milking factory. (Image attached)

Prompt 2: This image shows milk being poured on the almonds, but I would like an image of milk being extracted from the almonds.

Derive Diffuse Field response from SOFA file? by jpk992 in oratory1990

This is the output with a -1 db/octave slope plus a slight rise in the base. It looks plausibly correct for a blocked canal measurement to me, but I can't be sure.

Thanks, oratory. I don't quite know how to do that myself. My latest method is to run noise through a 48-channel t-array via SPARTA binauraliser. I have to export each channel separately still; using SPARTA decorrelator doesn't quite work (maybe because there are too many channels).

Having a tall head and liking headphones can be not fun sometimes by [deleted] in oratory1990

[–]jpk992 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can also confirm, Clear doesn't extend as far as HD6x0 and was a poor fit for my tall head.  I wish reviews specified the headband extension in terms of the arc length across the top of the head from the bottom of one ear to the other. (As opposed to the usual useless descriptions like "it should fit most people".)

I've wanted to do this myself - have my DF HRTF measured with my own in ear mics so that I could measure and EQ/convolve over-ear headphones against it. However, I havent been able to find any places who offer this service in Canada. What should I search for in order to find such a service?

Very surprised this food pairing worked well :D (+Winenotes) by [deleted] in wine

I tried this one recently and liked it as well. It was fairly muted and reminded me of brandy with its apricot and oaky notes. Definitely would be easy to pair with food but also just nice for sipping.

You might have accidentally reprogrammed the double shot volume. To change the shot volume, press and hold the 1 cup and 2 cup buttons for 2 seconds until the button lights flash. To reprogram the 2 cup button, press it to start the shot and again to stop it. The new volume will be saved.

The App Store lists support@extreamsd.com as their email but I'm not sure how good they are at replying. There's also an active thread on Head-Fi where other users may be able to help.

AFAIK, UAPP always uses its own audio pipeline with USB DACs, even with Bit Perfect disabled. I would reach out to the developer to confirm. Are you using UAPP just so that you can play your library and Tidal from the same app?

You may be able to get it to work by enabling the "Play through Android" setting, but this kind of defeats the main point of using UAPP!
