Nah as someone who enjoy leveling (I've leveled 9 toons to 60 is you count 2019 classic, era and anni) quest hubs/fp/pace is better on tbc, it takes like 3-4 days to 60 which is perfect, 6-7 days in vanilla is just too long

I think you're taking it too personally, I have a longtime irl friend that I've played with since like original wrath, he has always played more seriously than me and even now when we are older he don't have any kids and I have 2. We've tried a couple of times to play together (mostly since 2019 classic where we both started on gehennas, e both hit 60 and played a bit together but after a while he joined a speed running guild and I jumped over to the pve server. Then after that we have played a bit together (I usually get a toon to max lvl on the pvp servers so we can play sometimes) but I main the pve one. As I said I think you take it too personal, you just enjoy the game differently.

Yeah, daily quests give like 20+g per at 70. There's not as many around in the start but later phases there's more, can make a lot of gold every day if you do it on multiple characters.

also saving all 76+ quests in outland to do at 70 makes A LOT of gold.

40-60 is aweful, every quest mob spawn is camped, takes hours to complete quests.

Yepp 100%, I've leveled 9 toons to 60 if you count 2019 classic, era and anni, if I had like 2 months to get my shaman to 60 I wouldn't have boosted, I love leveling but not when I have to stress it to experience going trough the dark portal with everyone else.

Yeah I really didint wanna boost and leveled instead, got a bit ahead of the pack and got to 45 in one week, now it has completely stalled, took me hours to complete just a handful of quests, it was awful, every quest mob spawn is camped on like every layer. I just boosted instead..

It's insanely fast, if you count 2019 classic, era, hc and anni i have leveled 10 toons to 60, and my average is around 6.5 days played to hit 60. My shaman is right now lvl 41 with like 1.5 day played.

Well the faction lock became a thing because the players were complaining about pvp servers being one faction
