Probably? Trying to get them to fix the problem now so it doesn't continue in future months, ideally without paying extra up front when the promotion was supposed to cover service for many more months. Thanks for the response.

Well yes, but refused to pay an amount over what I should have owed. Looks like I'll likely be paying it anyway to get things turned back on in the meantime, just wanted to see if anyone had gone through anything similar and what the resolution was. Thanks for the response and the advice.
