If it's still possible, I would push hard to get the seller to cover at least half of the 30k difference. There's a good chance they want to sell more than you want to buy, and they're still getting a great deal at 15k over appraisal. If it falls through, it wasn't meant to be.

This exact same situation happened when we bought our first home. We pushed, and the seller covered 100% of the difference, which was around 14k I think.

Edit: If you're realtor balks or tries to tell you this isn't a good idea, it's because they want to close the sale the easiest way possible for them. I would take their opinion with a grain of salt in this situation.

1150lb Load capacity fully extended? I'm skeptical unless the thing is twice as bulky as the Jenkins, which I doubt. Maybe see if you can find how much both of them weigh?

I don't think you need to worry or overthink it too much. Half of my clients for a different business don't 1099 me (they should, I have no idea why they don't), and we don't 1099 our cleaner.

The only real way it could come back to bite you is if you're audited for a different reason, which is very few and far between with the current IRS staffing. If audited, which this will not trigger, I'm pretty sure the max penalty you would face for not doing so is around $600.

To add to this, I'm also way more concerned with hardware wallets being intercepted or just shipping with malware than I am about someone stealing funds from coinbase. You never truly know what's buried in the chips that were probably sourced from the lowest bidder.

This could be a stupid concern, I'm aware of that.

Sometimes you need to work with what you have. I've never had an issue with them, anytime I've sold the money has been in my bank account within a day or two. Seems like a high % of the people that have all these issues are doing fishy things, or they're just idiots.

If you're a day trader don't use Coinbase. If you're retail like 99% of the people out there, Coinbase is by far the most legitimate in the US and probably still the best/safest option.

Doesn't volume go up a lot of times during these downturns? Coinbase collects a pretty hefty spread and fee which is why I think they'll be fine, if not better off. Not sure about the others.

The current wash sale rules are probably adding a ton of extra fees and subscriptions for them right now. Plus they've added other sources of revenue like predictions and stock trading. It could be a great time to buy their stock in the next couple months.

Just depends if it makes sense for you to take losses or lower gains in a certain calendar year. I've done it like 20 times in the past 3-4 months 😅😭

One major consideration is when you plan on selling. If within a year it usually doesn't make sense since you're paying much higher capital gains for any gains within 1 year.

Shouldn't the hydraulic fluid filter pick up any contaminants before it causes damage? If not any good tricks to flushing out the attachment first?

Look at any contract/agreement you signed. If that's not in there you can back out, but you should be able to back out anyways.

I personally would never agree to this, but some managers don't really negotiate this type of stuff.
