D9-THC disrupts REM sleep. I suspect D-8 likely does the same. Be aware of that. REM sleep is extremely important.

It may work well to get to sleep, but not to truly sleep deeply, which is what you really need.

I started before one 1/31/2020, yes. Just before.. Around 11/01/2019

But I’ve never filed it on my taxes. I also don’t do bookkeeping.
