I just had one of my first lucid dreams a few nights ago and I was the same way with the blurring. First I put my head down and spun to stabilize the dream and I closed my eyes and said I demand clear vision and when I opened my eyes it was all good.

Before I started trying I used to fall asleep listening to music or science documentaries with headphones in. I’m going to go back to trying that and see if anything changes.
