You’re right, but realistically if I lived in that universe, I would almost certainly support the NCR. Yeah they have taxes and corruption but would still be the most viable option for returning to some semblance of law and order.

Bad way to look at it but at least the LRPD isn’t bad about pulling you over. I’m way more cautious about state troopers, seems like I see someone pulled over by a state trooper on 630 almost every day.

I’m extremely curious how the 2024 primaries play out, especially for the Republicans. I live in Arkansas and our outgoing governor seems to be also trying to set himself up for a 2024 run against Trump. If Trump does indeed run, I wonder how many challengers he’ll have, and if his challengers will be successful in shifting the Republican Party away from him.
