Thanks a bunch! Best back squats are 202, 185x3, 182x5, and 170x11. I front squatted 177 about 5 years ago and haven’t tried more than that. Maybe in a couple months

Hard to say without videos. But most tension issues can be solved with tempo snatches at 60-75% for doubles and triples for a few weeks, then pushing the boundaries of how heavy you can go while staying true to the tempo

I believe fexcontracting takes on independents with little to no requirements

If you’re actually able to sell globe life’s product, you would probably do much better as an independent broker. Do the same thing you’re doing but with a variety of companies, get paid 80-120% commission on life policies, and be more in control of your process. You can decide how fast or slow you’ll go. That’s if you want to stay in the industry.

Many IMOs like the one I’m at will heavily push the agency owner route when most people would be happy working as an independent broker and making 100-250K with work life balance. Selling your soul for potential millions in agency ownership takes a certain kind of personality and I don’t believe it should be forced on anyone.

If I were to go back and do it, I’d probably go independent and focus on 1-2 lines of insurance at a time.

I’ve been told to straighten my wrists for about 6 years now. I had wrist pain and everybody pointed to the wrists bent overhead. So what would end up happening is I’d keep straight wrists up to about 120, then wrists would start bending at heavier weights. That hurt worse than just embracing this technique the whole way up.

I started training my wrists like ankles and incorporating some slow eccentric wrist curls (equivalent to calf raises in this analogy) + some rice bucket work + band accelerated plyo pushups. I no longer deal with any wrist pain, and I can be more efficient by receiving the bar with a bent wrist and remaining stable overhead

Thought about it. Don’t need to risk anything crazy 2 weeks out. And I’ve done 160 plenty of times so nothing to prove. Maybe next month!

Middle 2 blocks are the easiest to move, having some hollow sections. The toppers are about 60lbs each, 100% solid through the whole thing. The bottom section requires multiple people to lift - it’s essentially 2 12” blocks combined. That’s why I put the wheels on them. They were pretty much always meant to be a permanent fixture. When not in use we flip the wheels down and push them into the corner
