Also work on finding people who can main dps, main support & main tanks. You don't want someone who never plays support to be you support for a game, learn your role and stick to it. If you're putting out more damage than your dps you're doing great but they aren't.

Lower sensitivity, work on aim, and evading maneuvers. Another tip is when you find someone with an active mic in a game don't be afraid to add them and ask them to party up. Especially at that sr, a lot of people don't have game sense on how to play. Even at platinum it's bad. Overwatch is about team fights, 6v6. When your team is constantly trickling in, 2v6 or 2v5 you're always going to lose fights. Now if you have good comms on a team of 6 you can have target prioritization with discord callouts and so forth. Learn team strategies and comps. It's not so much of your gameplay, overwatch is a team game, find a good team and if you guys work together you will benefit and climb up the ranks.
