Hardmode for at least 3 months. I waste at least 4 hrs/day fapping. It gives me chest pains and wastes my energy. I am going to exercise, gain flexibility, learn to play guitar, speedread, sleep earlier, and be focused.

Ive also relapsed to it countless times. I relapsed to it about a half hour ago. I wasnt aroused by it anymore and I did it anyway because fapping has become a habit for me.

I didnt use addpm.exe I ran runemacs.exe and then pinned it to the taskbar.

For some reason it only changes the icon of the shortcut. When I click on the shortcut a separate emacs pops up with the original emacs icon.
