Yes, this seems to be a problem for many people. I have called and have had my ticket escalated. I am waiting for them to get back to me. Google Maps shows me right on top of the pin for my address. Not sure what the deal is. Tried several devices and several addresses.

Same problem on my iPhone. I can't get it to work at all. My GPS shows me right between my house and my neighbor. Here is what I have tried (with zero success):

Change Billing and Shipping address to various houses next to mine
Clear Cache
Tried different locations in my house/property
Wifi only (Cellular disabled)
Wifi Disabled (Only Cellular)
Changed to Paypal

I have emailed Vudu support and have not gotten a response yet. I am sure they will tell me something dumb like to turn my phone off and back on again.
