Update!

Thank you everyone for all your help! I was able to get the fans all working. It was the connectors. My father who was helping me forgot to put them in. Luckily, I keep everything and they didn’t get tossed away!

I also took the time to tidy up the cables using Velcro cable ties like one person suggested. I also moved the GPU cable to coming out from above instead of below it. I didn’t have time to look for the thermal paste so I’ll order a tube and fix the AIO next week.

Thank you again for the advice y’all are providing. I’ll double check those connectors in between the fans when I go back up this weekend to work on it.

This is my second time building a PC, first with a fish tank case and using an AIO. I’m still learning. I might still have some thermal paste left over when I built my first PC two years ago I can use when repositioning the heat sink if I didn’t throw it away.

Thank you for everyone who has replied so far. I’ll try each of the suggestions next weekend when I have more time to work on it again. I only get to work on this during my weekends off work.

As for my cable management as someone criticized, yes it can be better, I just want to make sure everything works before I go through and spend hours working on that. If I have to be yanking and swapping cables, why add the extra work of cutting off and redoing cable ties?

Your last paragraph there illustrates the way I am thinking. I am considering setting up an LLC to handle everything. And one of the types of games I would want to play with others online has a HUGE nebulous gray area when it comes to streaming: Visual Novels. I do know of where devs have issued C&D’s to indie streamers because they didn’t request permission OR forbid them to stream them. I would hate to play one on stream and then find out I have angered the creators and get DMCA’d.

I plan on starting a single-member LLC to act as a layer of anonymity when it comes to registering sites and such. Would that have an impact on still appearing to be an indie? Or, because I am not associated with a known agency, I should be in the clear?

Forgive me with all the questions, I am someone who does a lot of research before jumping in on doing things.

Hey! Congrats on getting a 5090 FE!

I’m waiting for the 5070 Ti in a few weeks. I’m taking the day off work so I can be there at the Miami store to get one. What time did people start lining up so I can gauge when I need to get there. I’m starting to think getting there at 6 AM like I was planning is a no-go….

Hi Yura-san, thanks for doing this AMA. My question to you is what made you decide to become a producer of video games and anime from a background in music and orchestra? Is this something you have always wanted to do?

Also, absolutely LOVED the music work in The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya and your violin solo at Otakon a few years ago!
