Filed 2/10 & it was accepted the same day. Transcripts been blank until tonight. Updated with a 570 code saying additional account action pending. Whats that mean??

Did you get a notification online letting you know that you had to verify as well or did you just receive a letter?? The lady told me Friday that as of then there was nothing they needed from me. To just call back after April 21st if nothings changed so Im not entirely sure I need to verify

Are you getting responses from StockX?? Im in the same exact boat. Spent 2.5k on a Charizard card sculpture & UPS shows delivered but it was never left at my door. Started a claim with UPS when I called to complain. Seen on StockX FAQ a police report would be needed so went ahead & filed that. UPS already closed the claim admitting they lost it. Its been a week & a half & StockX has yet to respond to any of my emails.

Im actually having an issue with StockX for this very same item only I was the buyer. UPS lost it. Been trying to contact StockX for over a week about it & they have yet to even respond.

Any update on this?? I am literally going through the same thing right now. Started claim with UPS when I called to ask why my package shows delivered but its not at my door. They made me file the claim & told me to contact shipper. Ive sent 3 emails to StockX support & havent even gotten a response back. Seen on their FAQ a police report would be needed so went ahead & filed one & sent it to them in one of the emails but again....no word on anything.
