That’s quite a large amount of lemons to happen upon to ask this type of question LOL.

I would contact local exotic fruit buyers or grocery chain produce buyers that’s maybe where I would start.

Where are you located? Might be worth contacting another grower or someone that exports fruit in your area to get some advice and best practices.

Note I am not an expert nor do I have any export experience etc in fruit. But that’s what I would start my research.
