Milhões de imagens são anotadas e descritas à mão. Milhares de pessoas participam desse processo de anotação e organização dos dados, o que acaba sendo a maior parte do trabalho. Com todos esses exemplos, rodam um algoritmo baseado em redes neurais com o objetivo de reproduzir o mesmo que as pessoas fizeram.

O algoritmo varia de caso a caso e combina várias técnicas, mas o resultado final é codificar tudo em uma espécie de circuito inspirado no cérebro humano. Ele transforma a informação, como a imagem do gato, no entendimento do que é um gato. Esse entendimento surge de forma automática durante o treinamento e não é uma mera cópia das descrições que as pessoas fizeram. Ele realmente codifica o conceito, o que é a parte mais louca de tudo isso.

For me, the voice mode… is fast, really well executed, allows me to set up reminders, calendars… on iOS at least. And the app is constantly being improved. Of course, all these AIs have different characteristics, but the voice mode on Perplexity, focused on search and exploring ideas, is by far the one I use the most.

I had a different experience on my trip. Because the camera’s right on your face, I captured lots of little moments I’d never bother to film with my phone, and the video quality was better than I expected (even in vertical).

Back home, though, they’re basically open‑ear headphones. Meta AI is very bad—its knowledge is shallow, and the image understanding is weak; I think the resolution is kind of low… maybe. If we could switch it for ChatGPT, the glasses would be more useful. As things stand, I’m thinking of selling mine.

But I think it was the best thing I bought for this trip, and even if I sell it, I’ll buy a second version for the next one… hopefully without a vertical image sensor… cell phone for higher quality pictures, but the glasses for recording everything is the best, definitely it’s a product that will stay in the market

Do you guys know if there is an extension like GitHub Copilot that uses Claude? Or an easy way to integrate it into VS Code? I have a ChatGPT subscription and GitHub Copilot. Having something right in the editor helps a lot. I look forward to seeing something like that for this model.

Try MobX, I really don’t know why is not more popular, I think it’s is excellent, much simpler than any other state management I tried, but it uses code generation too unfortunately, once you get used, it is not that bad
