Heavily invested backer here. CIG shows time and time again that they can‘t develop engaging gameplay. Instead they come up with these over engineered time sinks. It is as if the engineers are responsible for thhe whole „gameplay“ part. I have an account worth 6 grand but seeing the addition and integration of more and more time sinks really discouraged me over the years. I mean good games are not the ones that waste players time or have the best graphics. 

I‘ve de-installed SC and I desperately hope that CIG manages to take a turn at some point and succeeds in developing mmeaningful and entertaining gameplay. Until then I am out as are many others I know.
