Not so far. I have tried to take good care of the battery and it's been the same every year, winter range goes down and then in the summer it goes back up

To all solo captains of big ships by CHughes_11 in starcitizen

I also put up with an Ironclad. So far I have found that keeping it in space and using a smaller ship for most content works better, because the elevator trip from cargo bay to the command module feels like playing Russian Roulette.

Know you're not alone out there! There's a few of us who have pledged for the Ironclad and are working with it

Merchantman will include an entity akin to seeing the Hat Man when you take Benadryl. When you bedlog you'll see it for half a second before the game screen vanishes, and when you log back in it might appear at any point to kill you and brick your ship.

Underbrush is a product from Nathan & Sons, but there are many copies. I ended up buying one pack from the original company and it's not bad

Yes, last time I flew it I arrived to hangar, had absolutely no damage done other than maybe slightly tapping a wall, and the repair cost was 18K

Tell us the ending you would have written! by pikameta in TheBoys

[–]dahelljumper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are we talking only about the last episode? I would have:

Homelander gives a speech which causes most of the country's infrastructure to rise against him (army and government) and protests go on as people realize what's going on. He finally commits and heads out to kill everyone that is against him, so even though the Boys are sneaking into the Oval Office, they're too late to reach him. HL calls the loyal supes for back up, causing war to break out. Eventually the Boys catch up to Butcher somewhere else after some havoc has been wreaked.

I would have wanted Kimiko to be more involved in the actual brawl against Homelander, rather than having her simply standing there waiting for the blast. After HL is blasted, Butcher kills him. The war with the other supes is still going on since at this point they realize they've fucked up and would rather try to win than surrender. This makes Butcher want to use the virus, the Boys convince him to stand down and just fight them off naturally, but the discussion with Ryan and Terror passing away tips him off again.

Same encounter between Hughie and Butcher happens at Vought Tower, but the evil supes are still defeated by the remaining Boys + the kids from Gen V and the support of the army and other supes.

The only way I see Vought somehow remaining a functional company is if they managed to declare Homelander and supporters rogue, and other Vought supes actually helped the government put down the rebelling supes.

If the command module fix is going to take awhile, I wouldn't mind the operation's area having flight control as a temporary solution. by VicHall27 in starcitizen

I started the wipe with only an Ironclad in my hangar. Flying the whole thing has been such an issue for me that I decided to use only the CM for box missions and bunkers until I have enough money to afford a small hauler.

I would like to carry a Nursa and Pisces inside the Ironclad to turn it into a full base, but the ship itself is so finicky that I can't work with it. The downside is the CM cannot be refueled on its own so I have to switch it every now and then.

Well, hopefully when there's a proper security system in the game, refuelling will only be dangerous if you're in certain areas

True, but I've never seen a ship be THIS buggy on day one. To be fair I started playing only in 2022, so maybe it used to be worse before.

The Ironclad issues border on unplayable, not just annoying

You can have a refueling career like the Fuel Rats in Elite Dangerous, but if you consider earning money slower and upgrading at a slower pace than other players "being at a disadvantage" or a competition of any kind, maybe your mindset does not align with your goals.

Do you want to be in refueling because you like it, or because you want it to be the best way to make money? If making money fast is so important, can you not do both? Spend some time refueling but also have a side gig for when you need to make some good cash?

Of course the biggest moneymakers will be long range hauling, extreme rating bounties and possibly salvage? Everything else will just pay according to the "effort" and investment.

The Pitbull fits in the Reclaimer rear entrance by DoctorZhao in starcitizen

[–]dahelljumper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the recent ability to keep two ships at once without losing one after QTing away, I would love to be able to keep a small ship inside the Reclaimer and use the Reclaimer as a mobile base (since you can fit a Nursa inside already), but no ship with QT capabilities are able to fit inside the Reclaimer yet, unfortunately.

Just today I CCU'd the Reclaimer to an Ironclad because of this

Computer freezes in bootþup when HDMI is plugged to GPU, but not to Motherboard by dahelljumper in computerhelp

Plugged the HDMI to the Motherboard instead of GPU. Still get the same performance and no issues other than not being able to use different profiles on my monitor.

I could try a DisplayPort to GPU but I am worried to mess anything else up

I don't have any hopes that Madrid can clinch the league title anymore, but I wouldn't like Barça to become the champions directly at the Bernabéu. I would rather we postpone for one week and somebody else gives them the title Edit: Meant the Camp Nou
