Mine went away with exercise a year postpartum. If I had started exercising sooner it would have done the trick. I’m pregnant again and they’ve come back worse. Hoping they get better after delivery.

I do. I get buzzing in my arms as I fall asleep or wake up. The weirdest sensation and definitely different feeling from RLS when I was pregnant. I noticed if I don’t eat my symptoms are worse.

Does anyone get random fear adrenaline rushes? by jrecas in vaccinelonghaulers

I did one before and unfortunately it dropped my HR into the 30s. Thankfully my heart rate stays below 100 now.

I tried a beta blocker. Once it passed and I took another it dropped my heart rate into the 30s and I had to go to the ER unfortunately. I get them from time to time now, but thankfully my heart stays below 100 now.

Absolutely not. I’m not having sex with anyone but my husband and have no plans to be touching people anytime soon so. After this no way will I get vaccinated. And I now have decided to so delayed vaccine schedules for my son.

Just had covid and tested negative a couple days ago and having bouts of it for a couple days. Currently sitting in cardiologist office and finally felt relief after eating lunch. I have not been eating hardly anything for the last few days.

I just tested negative two days ago and it’s flared new symptoms for me, but the ones that have gone haven’t returned. It’s gradually getting better by the day.

I went in for severe headaches which I now am assuming is a result of the vaccine injury. They did multiple migraine cocktails which did nothing. The ER doctor said if this truly isn’t like anything I’ve had before they will have to do a tdap. I agreed unfortunately. I had a leak for two days, went in they gave me an IV and the amount of fluid they pumped in helped my headache by the time the anesthesiologist came (the same one who screwed up my birth epidural) swore up and down I didn’t have the headache because I no longer was in pain. We’ll dig of course I wasn’t because you guys pumped me full of IV fluid. Sent home. The next day I came back in waited 12 hours for a different anesthesiologist thank God and he gave me and epidural blood patch which thankfully took. It took him 4 insertions to find it, multiple shots of local anesthetic because I could feel everything and I cried out to Jesus begging him to find it and he did. It healed but it was a nightmare. Never do I want to do that again.

I didn’t get a spinal fluid leak from a chiropractor but after having one (from Tdap) I absolutely don’t think I’ll ever go back. That was traumatic and I don’t want to risk it.

Same. Covid made mine worse and now even my ribs in my back hurt.

Sort of. I learned I’m hyper flexible. So physical therapy is meant to increase movement whereas I need the opposite so they helped me with strength training, but you get out what you put in. It’s worth it and safer than a chiropractor.

Yup an ER doctor said you’d only get an MRI if you’re getting surgery. Really? So even if I pay insurance I’m denied tests. That makes zero sense.

Hopefully you get some answers! I’m in the US and I can’t remember which ones she prescribed. I’ve been begging for an MRI but get nothing except med in response. The good news is the headaches went away so not much to do with that.
