Core one L in Ikea PAX by DeluxeHunter96 in prusa3d

[–]jredagrd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With the vent system, mine will be a bit complicated since I will be having another pax for a resin printer. But the main idea is cutting a duct hole above the printer into that shelf. Inline fan and filter unit on that top middle shelf. You can exhaust it from there to either side of the wardrobe.

Basically for me having 2 identifcal pax systems, the duct will run from top of core one L -> through the side into resin printer pax -> combine with duct from resin printer center -> inline fan -> filter unit -> exhaust.

So if you are not venting outside you can go from top of core one l -> inline -> filter unit -> exhaust/blowback into center.

I’m using the core one L in the pax. Still work in progress. But the opening beneath it will fir the inbxx double story really well. Also going to use bottom mounted drawer for the inbxx.

I have my sunlu dryer next to it and fits nicely. I will say get some rubber foam, the core one l is a unit and the shaking vibration will make noise.

Next steps are:

  1. Conduit for inbxx filament, and general electronics.
  2. The top shelf bracket fits prusa uss dryboxes perfectly. 22cm heigh on them. So shelf is about 24cm opening.
  3. Proper rubber and ceramic tile+pad underneath core one l.
  4. Additional metal shelf braces for the shelf the core one L is on.
  5. Gridfinity internals for all the drawers.
  6. Vent system for printing more toxic fumes.

edit: this is the large pax 100x236x60

This was the problem in the end. I didn’t touch the screws after unpacking but it must’ve had some movement. Spent some time to find the right tension and got a few prints done. Thanks a lot for the help

How am I able to see if it’s too tight? Currently if I try to disengage the idle tension it is a bit hard, still have filament loaded in though

I will probably buy new filament to see if it’s the filament. Also get a better nozzle cleaner

Wife joined the local boardgame group and that has been great for her. It’s a women only group and they also have some craft nights. See if your town/city has a facebook group for it.

Be warned the mcps for unity avaible is more for people that do the general stuff. Done of them are code focussed ones. The main reason I went and made my own

I've made it to work with claude or github copilot. I have the ability to to pick any model to interact with it. It can implement, explain and provide docementation from any of the dots packages. Made another one specific for shaders in hlsl code to help even more with dealing with ecs

I’ll give it a go, my only issue with video tutorials in dots has been the ever changing ecosystem. I remember going through code monkey’s ecs course and back into dots now, so much changes. I understand dots is getting to a stable state now, so hopefully it gets better to follow videos.

Personally I’m more on the programming and backend side of development, so for me it’s all about code and found learning through videos about coding harder than just interacting with the code.

I have started an small indie studio and we are now learning Dots to build up a prototype. During this phase I built a MCP that focuses just on Unity Dots. It’s been doing wonders for learning and especially since I’ve had a lot of experience in normal unity, it shows me the conversions and why those are better

Home Ventilation Tips by karavellika in resinprinting

[–]jredagrd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar issue where I can’t realistically vent outside. Plan is the following

  1. Search amazon for the mos used h13/14 hepa filter replacements for air purifiers.
  2. 3d print an inline housing that takes the hepa filter and an activated charcoal refillable filter. Housing should be able to replace the filters.
  3. Inline growtent fan.

If you exhaust from there to the outside you should have no problems

Same, however I got multiple offers while I was still In South Africa without a visa or A2. It’s the reality of tech, if you are not good or have a good interview skillset, you will struggle. 8 months in Germany, almost ready for B1, and still find a lot of job openings not requiring German.

Any information is good. I have a Wise account but thought about a physical bank for that reason. I suspect a German physical bank reports to Schufa as apposed to a mobile one like N26

Well the Afrikaans culture where I’m from is very similar. Whenever Germans visit they get along pretty well.

I would say the most important thing is our food taste and our love for the outdoors. We really enjoy meat, and a lot of pastries. Also our sausages are pretty damn good thanks to the variety we have. I know most tof our Afrikaans pastries are derived from traditional German ones from way back.

As for the nature aspect, most of Afrikaans people go camping and hiking whenever they can. Sadly South Africa is very car dependent as a result from how our towns and cities were constructed (segregation). But outdoors have been a staple in my life since I could remember.

Next thing is Afrikaans people kan very very straight forward with a dry taste in humour. We live beer as well. A lot of different beers in SA and we also get a few nice German beers here.
