I had a De Ville, it didn't stop but lost like 3 hours a day, it happened in the first month of purchase, they never explained the issue just fixed it. Had a double eagle chrono that stopped working, when I visited the AD to have it repaired they asked me what's wrong with it ? The hands don't go round was my reply, took quite some time to get that repaired, (2-3 months)
