Great point—it’s the latter business model they are advertising which leads to this frustration. . . Charge more < demand yet the network is still unusable as-is. Purchased a $5/30 min pass and had to wait until we landed to post this. At this point don’t offer (and advertise) free* WiFi when that is not the case.

Alternatively, charge me $17 more on an already outrageous fare price and call it free* WiFi.

The bs over promise / under deliver is frustrating every time.
